Crew Chief: Stephen Ford ASB Rescue was purchased in December 2007 from Emirates Team New Zealand with the assistance of the ASB Bank and the Lion Foundation. After her conversion for Coastguard use she has proved to be an outstanding vessel for Auckland Coastguard. She has been in operation since September 2008.
